Welcome to The Space Between Coaching website (the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. In these terms, “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Hadley Douglas / The Space Between Coaching, LLC, and “you” refers to anyone who visits or uses the Site.

1. What this Site is

This Site provides information about my coaching services, including individual, group, and brand coaching. The content is for general informational purposes only.

2. No coaching relationship from using the Site

Visiting the Site, reading its content, signing up for a newsletter, or submitting a contact form does not create a coaching relationship. A coaching relationship begins only when we both sign a separate written client agreement and any required payment is made. Please also read my coaching disclaimer, which explains that coaching is not therapy, medical care, or professional advice of any kind.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, downloads, and the name “The Space Between,” is owned by me or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view the Site and print or save a copy of pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any content without my prior written permission. If you’d like to quote or share my content, please contact me.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for anything unlawful or in violation of these terms

  • Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code

5. Information you submit

If you send me information through a form, email, or scheduling tool, you confirm that it’s accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don’t submit sensitive information, such as detailed health records, through the Site’s general forms or email unless I’ve asked you to do so through a secure channel. My Privacy Policy explains how I handle information.

6. Testimonials and client stories

Testimonials and client stories on the Site reflect the experiences of individual clients and are shared with their permission. Similar outcomes are not guaranteed, and your results will depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances, and decisions.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas. You use the information on the Site at your own discretion and risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I don’t guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

If the dispute is not resolved, either Party may pursue legal action, and the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs from the other Party.

14. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
