We’ve All Been There

Sometimes the best brands get stuck just below the surface. You’ve had the idea and written the business plan, but when you sit down to bring your vision to life, the results don’t match what you feel in your heart. No matter how hard you try, the right words and images won’t come.

Now, you’re about to launch and nothing feels quite right - the name, vibe and words are off. You’re loading phrases and prompts into AI, but what comes back lacks the soul you’re trying to infuse into your brand. How will your audience find you, if you can’t even find yourself in what you’ve created? The same coaching techniques I use for wellness coaching can help you make the space you need to find your true voice, and bring your brand to life.

How Brand Coaching Works

A strong brand isn’t built from a logo, a color palette, or even a great idea. The best brands reflect their founders: their values, their motivations, and the feelings they want to evoke in future customers.

Using reflection-based techniques, I ask the questions that help you express what you see in your mind’s eye, and then I listen. Your story and your “why” will reveal themselves. I mirror back what I hear until your brand’s purpose, point of view, and voice come into sharp focus for you. Often, what a client needs most is the space to express what they truly want, without worrying how it sounds. I take your stream of consciousness information and turn it into a brand story that reflects all the multitudes of its founder - all the multitudes of you!

Each session blends whole-body wellness with brand evoking and visioning techniques. Your brain and body need space to bring this vision to life.

The Space Between Method

The Deliverables

  • Brand strategy: Your purpose, values, audience, positioning, and point of view - born from our discussions, not a template.

  • Voice and copy: Words that sound like you and express your unique brand value in a clear and engaging way.

  • Visual strategy and direction: The look and feel are what bring your brand to life. We’ll develop a clear direction for logo design, color, typography, and imagery.

  • A finished presence: An easy-to-understand brand guide that keeps you aligned, and, if applicable, a polished website for your business.

  • Confidence: This process doesn’t have to be stressful. Instead, we create space for you to believe in the value of what you’re bringing to life.

The Purpose

  • A clear brand strategy that reflects your values, emotions and purpose, even if you’ve previously struggled to put it into words

  • Messaging that feels authentic and genuine to who you are and what you want your brand to be

  • A visual direction we can build from with confidence, or hand off to a professional designer

  • An online presence you’re proud to share

  • Confidence in who you are and how your vision is being expressed to future customers and clients

“Hadley’s approach is a beautiful mix of directionality and artistic flair. She took the time to know the essence of my business and created a brand and website that felt deeply aligned with my mission. Hadley has a unique ability to distill details into clear, digestible copy. My work with Hadley left me feeling clearer and more empowered about launching my own business. I did not know what I needed to get started, but she created a path for me to flourish on my own.”

FAQs

I provide the strategic and creative direction for your logo, and work with a graphic designer of your choice to bring it to life.

1

Do you design logos?

Yes. I build clean, simple websites for solopreneurs and service-based businesses like The Chrysopoeia Collective. For complex or custom-coded sites, I’m happy to collaborate with a developer.

2

Do you build websites?

What if I’m still unclear about my brand vision?

3

That’s exactly where we begin. You don’t need to arrive with answers because my job is to help you find them.

Can you help if my business already exists?

Absolutely. Many clients come to me when their business has outgrown its original brand, or when they’re shifting direction or audience.
