What coaching is. The coaching services offered by The Space Between, including individual, group and brand coaching, are designed to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process that helps you clarify your goals, reflect on your choices, and build habits and practices that support your well-being and your business.

What coaching is not. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition, and coaching is not a substitute for care from a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or other qualified professional. Nothing on this website or in our sessions should be taken as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or tax advice.

Your health. If you have a health concern, a diagnosed condition, or questions about medications, nutrition, or exercise, please consult your healthcare provider before making changes. If you’re currently working with a therapist or other provider, I am happy to collaborate with them at your request. Coaching can complement personalized direction from other specialties.

In an emergency. If you are experiencing a crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away. In the United States, you can call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Coaching sessions are not an appropriate resource for emergencies.

No guaranteed results. I’m committed to supporting you, but I can’t guarantee any specific outcome. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances, and decisions. Client stories and testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed.

Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results, in your health, your business, and your life.

Confidentiality. I treat what you share in coaching as confidential. Exceptions include situations where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. I voluntarily protect your personal information with all reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

Group and corporate engagements. In group and corporate settings, confidentiality terms and the scope of the work are outlined in the agreement with your organization.

Credentials. My health and wellness coaching program was administered by MindBodyGreen, an approved teaching program by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC). I voluntarily follow the principles of the NBHWC Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, including honesty about credentials, clear agreements, appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, disclosure of conflicts of interest and use of AI, and referring my clients to other professionals when it is in that client’s best interest.
